Kalaripayattu (Kalari) is one of the oldest martial arts in Asia. It is basically a philosophical system aiming to achieve a precise, non-violent way of life far from any form of aggression, emphasisingintrospected self-analysis and self-control. Kalari movements will help the practitioner to achieve balance over his body, flexibility, stamina, speed and improve neuromuscular coordination.
